从毛鱼藤废渣中追踪分离生物活性物质。结合抗植物病毒、抗肿瘤活性筛选,采用减压硅胶柱层析和反复SephadexLH-20柱层析法追踪分离毛鱼藤废渣活性化学成分,通过理化常数测定和波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果表明:自毛鱼藤废渣中追踪获得2种化合物,其中鱼藤酮在10 mg/L对葡萄白腐病菌作用最强,抑制率为61.1%;羟基鱼藤素对大肠癌HCT-8细胞、人肝癌BEL-7402细胞、人卵巢癌A2780细胞有很强的抑制作用。毛鱼藤废渣中具有抗植物病毒、抗肿瘤活性化合物属首次报道。
Isolation bioactive compounds from Derris elliptica(Roxb.) Benth.waste.The compounds were isolated and repetitiously purified by various chromatographic methods and the structure were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.The antitumor activities were assayed by SRB methods.The fungicidal activities were preliminarily evaluated in vitro by paper method.The result showed that two compounds were obstained and identified as tephrosin(I) and rotenone(II),The EC50 of rotenone against.C.diplodiell was 10 mg/L;The tephrosin had strong antitumor activities against HCT-8,BEL-7402,A2780.All of these bioactive compounds were obtained from Derris elliptica(Roxb.) Benth.waste for the first time.
