用一步低温微波碳热还原法合成了Li3V2(PO4)3/C正极材料;通过XRD、SEM、恒流充放电、循环伏安与交流阻抗等方法研究了辐射时间对材料性能的影响。辐射功率为480 W、辐射时间为18 min、以葡萄糖为碳源所合成的材料,结构与标准谱图基本吻合,颗粒分布较均匀,电化学性能较好。0.2C放电至3.0 V的首次放电比容量为123.0 mAh/g,第40次循环的容量保持率达100%。
Li3V2(PO4)3/C cathode material was synthesized through one-step low-temperature microwave carbothermal reduction method.The effect of radiation time on the performance of the material was studied by XRD,SEM,galvanostatic charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance methods.The material synthesized with radiation power of 480 W,radiation time of 18 min and using glucose as carbon sources was consistent with the structure of the standard spectrum,more uniform particle distribution and had fine electrochemical performance,the initial specific discharge capacity was 123.0 mAh/g when 0.2 C discharged to 3.0 V,the capacity retention reached to 100% at the 40th cycle.
