采用液相沉淀法制备了超级电容器用无定形纳米二氧化锰。研究了煅烧温度对二氧化锰的晶体结构、表面形貌及其电容特性的影响。XRD、SEM、循环伏安和恒电流充放电结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,二氧化锰样品的晶体结构越来越完整,颗粒粒径也越来越大,而且无定形二氧化锰比晶态二氧化锰具有更好的电容特性。在6 mol/L氢氧化钾电解液中,无定形二氧化锰以100 mA/g和200 mA/g充放电时,比容量分别达到了58.6 F/g和35.3 F/g;400 mA/g循环1 000次,容量保持率仍高达90%。
Nano-sized amorphous MnO2 powders for supercapacitors were synthesized by liquid phase precipitation method.Effects of calcining temperature on the structure,morphology,and capacitance characteristics of MnO2 were investigated.Results of XRD,SEM,cyclic voltammetry,and constant current charge/discharge experiments showed that the synthesized sample resulted in the increase of particle size and more and more perfect crystal structure with the elevation of calcination temperature;amorphous MnO2 exhibited better capacitance properties than those of crystalline MnO2;specific capacitances of amorphous MnO2 reached 58.6 F/g and 35.3 F/g respectively during charge/discharge at 100 mA/g and 200 mA/g in 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte;when cycled 1 000 times at 400 mA/g,the capacity retention still reached up to 90%.
