目的:观察针刺对免疫性不育症雄性大鼠的血清抗精子抗体(ASAb)及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)的调节作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分成3组,针刺组、西药组、阳性空白组,采用主动免疫法建立血清ASAb阳性大鼠模型,并于造模成功后针刺组给予针刺,西药组予以西药治疗,阳性空白组予以生理盐水。检测治疗后大鼠血清ASAb及血清5-HT的含量。结果:治疗后针刺组、西药组大鼠血清ASAb、血清5-HT均有不同程度降低,针刺组与阳性空白组、西药组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺治疗免疫性不育症雄性大鼠,可以下调大鼠体内5-HT的水平,通过5-HT调节大鼠体内紊乱的免疫状态,致大鼠血清ASAb水平下降。
Objective, To observe the regulatory effect of acupuncture on serum antisperm antibody (ASAb) and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in male SD rats with immune infertility. Methods: Sixty Sprague Dawley rats were divided into three groups, acupuncture group, western medicine group, and ASAb positive model group. We established ASAb positive model by active immune method. After modeling, acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture, western medicine group was given prednisone, and ASAb positive model group was given normal saline. The fluorescent intensities of 5-HT and ASAb in blood serum were detected after treatment. Results: After treatment, the serum ASAb and 5-HT levels were decreased to various degrees in acupuncture group and western medicine group, and the levels in acupuncture group differed from those in the model group and western medicine group(P 〈 0.05). Conclu- sion= The therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture therapy for male immune infertility rats is probably relat- ed with the decrease of serum ASAb level through down-regulating serum 5-HT level.
