综述了暗态和光照条件下纳米结构CeO2薄膜的阳极电沉积工艺和机理的研究现状:在暗态条件下,CeO2薄膜的阳极电沉积过程遵循所谓的"碱化电沉积"机理;在光照的条件下,光生空穴加速了CeO2薄膜的阳极电沉积过程.本文同时指出了目前研究的不足之处:现有研究尚未对纳米结构CeO2薄膜的阳极电沉积行为及其腐蚀机理、电沉积电化学特征与薄膜结构和性能的关系等进行详细的探讨,光生电子对CeO2薄膜生长的影响尚未涉及.
The current situation of study on the anodic electrodeposition and corrosion behavior of nano-crystalline CeO2 thin films is reviewed in this paper.Under dark situation,the anodic deposition of nanostructured CeO2 thin films follows the so-called "base generation electrochemical deposition" mechanism;under illumination conditions,the photoinduced holes(n-type) accelerate the anodic deposition process.Meanwhile,the deficiencies of the existed studies are also pointed out:few literatures dealt with the mechanism of electrodeposition and corrosion behavior,especially the relationship of the performance with the structure of the electrodeposited nano-crystalline CeO2 thin films.Besides,the effect of the electrons(p-type)produced photochemically on the growth of CeO2 thin films has not yet been investigated.
