为了实现全固态Marx发生器整机装置的开关串联同步工作,对装置所使用的224只大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)开关进行参数测试,得出IGBT的导通与关断特性。通过外电路对IGBT导通和关断参数进行调整,保证了IGBT开关导通与关断的一致性,解决了全固态Marx发生器的开关同步问题。以500 kV全固态Marx发生器的调试过程为例,介绍了大功率IGBT的参数优化,20 kV发生器组件的调试技术及整机装置的同步运行。依据系统的运行调试数据,初步讨论了杂散参数对整机系统的影响,并给出了系统调试的结论。
In order to achieve the switch series synchronization of the Marx generator, 224 high-power IGBT switches which used in device are tested and the IGBT turn-on and turn-off characteristics are conclued.Turn-on and turn-off parameters of isolated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) are adjusted by the external circuit which can get the consistency of the IGBT switch turn-on and turn-off and can solve the synchronization problem of solid-state Marx generator switch.Setting the 500 kV solid-state Marx generator debugging process as an example, the parameter optimization of high power IGBT and the 20 kV generator components debugging technique as well as the synchronous operation of the whole device are introduced.Through the operation debugging technique data, the effect of the stray parameters to the whole machine system are discussed and system debugging conclusions are given.
