The resource of university governance is an organic system which includes material, power, human resources, history, theory, society, institution, organization and culture. The process of university governance needs to be based on the national supply, social participation, university autarky and the four-mode ＂national-university- society＂ collaborative system for resource configuration. To promote the modernization of the university governance system, we must make great efforts to systematically develop and manage the university resources, and promote the university resource system to be scientific in the process of improving the university governance performance.
