研究了数字式半导体制冷系统。结合机理法与实验法对半导体制冷系统各组件进行建模;通过单回路控制策略,将电气执行组件和温度场进行整合统一控制,根据频域法设计了数字控制系统,开发了基于JAVA的Android客户端软件,实现了无线温度设定与监测。实验表明,制冷系统降温迅速、温控精确,电气控制系统参数能迅速收敛,达到了较好的控制效果。
This paper investigated the digital - controlled thermoelectric cooling system. The models of critical system com- ponents were obtained using combined experimental and theoretical methods. Single control loop was designed, which unified the electric actuation with temperature control plant. The digital control parameter was obtained using frequency domain design meth- od. The JAVA based software was developed in an Android based platform, which realized wireless temperature monitoring and set- point control function in an operation -friendly human -machine interface. The experimental results indicate that the tem- perature control system have fast response to temperature control command with high precision. The parameters in electrical sys- tem could also converge fast.
