分别以普通的硅酸钠、硅溶胶、正硅酸乙酯和高模数比的硅酸钠(模数比为3.3)为硅源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,采用水热法合成了V-MCM-41介孔分子筛,用低温液氮吸附分析探讨了V-MCM-41分子筛的合成机制。结果表明,不同硅源均可形成中孔结构的分子筛,但制备条件差别较大,其主要原因在于硅源中的硅物种以不同的多聚体存在。
V-MCM-41 mesoporous materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method with different silica sources, such as Na2SiO3 · 9H2O, colloidal silica, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and NaO. 3.3SiO2, and hexadecyl- trimethyl-ammonium bromide as template. The results of N2 adsorption were utilized to study the synthesis mechanism of V-MCM-41. It is indicated that the synthesis process was different under different silica source, owing to the different polymeric nature of Si species in different silica source.
