采用气相色谱法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC—MS)对铁基和钴基催化剂费-托合成反应水相产物中的含氧有机化合物进行了定性及定量分析,建立了费-托合成水相产物中含氧有机化合物的气相色谱外标定量分析方法.研究表明:费-托合成反应的水相产物中主要含有醇、醛、酮、酸、酯等含氧有机化合物,其中醇类物质含量最高,酸、酮、醛、酯的含量较低,钴基催化剂的反应产物中基本不含有酸类物质,铁基催化剂费-托合成的水相产物中含氧有机化合物的种类和含量均高于钴基催化剂.
Gas chromatography (GC) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technique was used to analyse (qualitative and quantitative analysis) the oxygenate compounds in aqueous products of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS) catalysed by iron-based and cobalt-based catalysts. With direct aqueous sample injection, an external standard method of quantitative analysis was established. The results indicate that, the products mainly contain alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters and so on. Alcohol is the highest while the contents of aldehydes, ketones and esters are all very low. There are nearly no acids in the products produced by the cobalt -based catalyst. The species and content of compounds in aqueous product of FTS reaction eatalysed by the iron-based catalust is higher than those for the cobalt-based catalysts.
