目的结石病作为人体泌尿系统上的常见病和多发病,其发病成因有必要进行研究。方法利用多元线性回归模型和对数线性模型,对豫南地区人群结石病例数据进行多元统计分析,并对数据拟合的结果进行显著性检验。结果对比检验的结果表明,对数线性模型的拟合较理想,适合描述豫南地区人群泌尿系统结石的发病规律。结论通过此回归模型,帮助人们了解结石病的发病趋势,从而有重点地进行结石病的健康防治工作,降低泌尿系统结石对健康的危害。
Objective It is necessary to research the causes of lithiasis in the urinary system which is a common and frequently occurring disease. Methods Mu|tivariate statistical analysis is done for calculi data of southern Henan by multiple linear regression model and the logarithm linear model, and the data fitting results are significant tested.Results Contrast test results show that logarithm linear model fitting is ideal, suitable for describing the lithiasis rule of urinary systemmatic calculi data in southern Henan. Conclusion The pathogenesis of lithiasis is understood by the regression model, lithiasis health prevention and control is done with focuses, and the health hazards of urinary systemmatic calculi are lowered.
