目的考察分析四妙勇安汤不同配伍对其主要有效活性成分绿原酸的吸收影响。方法四妙勇安汤不同配伍后各种样品水煎液大鼠十二指肠给药,肠一肝灌流模型循环灌流2h后采用LC/MS分析灌流液中主要活性成分绿原酸的浓度。结果四妙勇安汤不同配伍对其主要活性成分绿原酸的吸收有明显影响,金银花水煎液、金归(金银花加当归)水煎液、金玄(金银花加玄参)水煎液、金甘(金银花加甘草)水煎液和四妙勇安汤全方合煎液中绿原酸吸收程度分别为(10.60±3.18)%、(8.04±2.62)%、(5.88±2.31)%、(6.08±1.75)%和(6.38±2.16)%。其中金银花水煎液和金归水煎液中绿原酸的吸收相对较好,而金玄水煎液、金甘水煎液和四妙勇安汤全方合煎液中绿原酸吸收相对较差(P〈0.05)。结论四妙勇安汤不同配伍对其主要有效活性成分绿原酸的吸收具有明显的影响。
Objective To analyze the effects of different formulations of Simiao yong'an decoction on absorption of chlorogenic acid ( a main active ingredient in Simiao yong'an decoction ). Methods Various decoctions from the changes in formulation of Simiao yong'an decoction were administered via the duodenum in rats. The concentration of chlorogenic acid in the perfusate was detected with the LC-ESI-MS method 2 hous after perfnsion of intestine-liver circulation. Results Different formulations of Simiao yong'an decoction had significant effects on absorption of chlorogenic acid. The absorption rate was ( 10.60±3.18 ) % in decoction with honeysuckle alone, ( 8.04±2.62 ) % in decoction with honeysuckle and angelica, ( 5.88±2.31 ) % in decoction with honeysuckle and figwort, ( 6.08±1.75 )% in decoction with honeysuckle and liquorice, and ( 6.38±2.16 )% in Simiao yong'an decoction. The absorption of chlorogenie acid was better in decoction with honeysuckle alone and decoction with honeysuckle and angelica than in decoction with honeysuckle and gwort, decoction with honeysuckle and liquorice, and Simiao yong'an decoction ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Different formulations of Simiao yong'an decoction has a marked effect on absorption of chlorogenic acid.
