＂拆二代＂在迎来突如其来的幸福之余,心态也会发生变化,容易陷入迷惘,甚至误入歧途。在大众创业、万众创新的＂双创＂时代,鼓励和引导＂拆二代＂创业具有重要的现实意义。本文基于长三角地区417份调查样本,实证分析影响＂拆二代＂创业意愿的主要因素。通过研究证实了对＂拆二代＂创业意愿具有显著促进作用的关键因素,还发现一些影响因素与创业意愿之间并非是简单的线性关系,例如＂拆二代＂的年龄对其创业意愿具有倒＂U＂形影响,而家庭收入与创业意愿存在＂U＂形关系;此外,通常被认为非常重要的正规金融支持对于＂拆二代＂创业的作用并不显著,这也反映了＂拆二代＂群体的创业特点。为此,有必要制定更加有针对性的创业支持体系,助力＂拆二代＂的创业实践,化解＂返贫＂危机。
英文摘要：
It＇s easy for the second generation of relocation household to fall into confusion,even go astray. It is of great importance to encourage and guide them to start a business. This paper empirically analyzes the main factors influencing their entrepreneurial willingness based on 417 survey samples. Research results have confirmed the key factors which can promote their entrepreneurial intention,also it is found that there is not a simple linear relationship between some influence factors and entrepreneurial intention,for example,the age has ＂inverted U-shaped＂influence,and family income has ＂U-shaped＂relationship; in addition,the role of formal financial support which is usually considered as an important factor is not significant in this study. This result may reflect the entrepreneurial characteristics of the second generation of relocation household.
