According to the semi-structured products page data in E-commerce website, a representation and con- struction method for product requirements knowledge＇ based on ontology was proposed, which included concept model, knowledge base template and knowledge acquisition. In concept model, a mapping method was designed from presentation of product requirements formalization to knowledge representation based on OWL descriptive lan- guage ontology; in knowledge base template, two kinds of representation was proposed to divide knowledge base template＇ structure into logical structure and collection point; for knowledge acquisition, a E-commerce website page templates extracting method was proposed based on wrapper induction. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method were proved by example of mobile website knowledge base system.
