Based on the analysis of the theoretical literatures, this article divides the knowledge network into 4 link models in accordance with the strength relationships and cohesive structure. On this basis, the article constructs a model of enterprise knowl- edge transfer path based on the link models of knowledge network, and believes that under the effect of various link models, knowl- edge transfers along the 2 non-linear paths in accordance with 3 dimensions.
