With the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge - based staffs become the core of enterprise resources, and to improve their job satisfaction has also become important issues in modern enterprise management. This article analyses the main factors of job satisfaction evaluation, and use two - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to make a fuzzy judg- ment in job satisfaction towards knowledge - based staff in the given case, and analyze the single factor with low satisfaction index and its causes.
