运用知识存量理论、知识转移理论的分析方法,分析知识联盟中知识存量演化问题。根据理论模型,构建基于知识转移的知识存量演化过程模型。基于郑州超硬材料知识联盟案例分析,认为知识转移频度、破缺度和共振度3个因素影响知识存量演化方向。通过案例讨论发现,在3种非均衡作用力的影响下,知识存量演化过程呈现波动性特征,但总体呈上升趋势,并沿着非线性路径经历了4个阶段的演化过程。

Analyzing from the theories of knowledge stock and transfer, the article proposes the issue of evolution of knowledge stock in knowledge alliance. According to theoretical model, the knowledge stock evolution model based on knowledge alliance is built up. With the case study of Zhengzhou super hard material knowledge alliance, it thinks that evolutional directions of knowledge stock are affected by knowledge transfer frequency, broken degree and resonance. By case discussion, it is founded that the knowledge stock evolution is waved with the effects of three non equilibrium forces. But generally it appears upward trend experiencing four stages evolution along with nonlinear path.
