基于宁夏中卫沙坡区微观调研数据，构建农民疫情补偿满意度理论模型，利用结构方程模型分析农民疫情补偿政策满意度主要影响因素及其影响路径，进而利用加权平均法测评农民疫情补偿政策满意度。结果显示：农民对疫情补偿政策的期望、感知质量、感知价值正向显著影响其满意度，期望对疫情补偿政策满意度的影响效应最大，感知质量次之，感知价值最小；农民对疫情补偿政策的满意度仅为45.4，处于不满意状态，其中，对疫情补偿标准最不满意，其次是补偿速度满意度和补偿范围满意度。

Based on household data from epidemic-stricken area,Zhongwei city in Ningxia,this paper builds a poultryfarmers’satisfaction model,utilizes structural equation model to analyze the factors influencing farmers’compensationpolicy satisfaction,and finally evaluates the farmers’satisfaction for this policy by the weighted average method.According to empirical results,poultry farmers’expectation,perceived quality and perceived value are key factorsaffecting their satisfaction positively,and the influencing extent of farmers’expectation is larger than that of perceivedquality and perceived value;overall,the satisfaction level of poultry farmers for this policy is just45.4,which is belowmiddle level,among which farmers’satisfaction for compensation standard is the lowest,followed by compensationspeed and compensation range.It is necessary for improve farmers’satisfaction about compensation policy to improvecompensation policy for avian influenza,increase the publicity of compensation policy,strengthen the prevention,controlwork about avian influenza and promote insurance policy about poultry disease.
