用户信息素养水平决定了社会整体的信息素养水平。大数据时代对用户来说是机遇与挑战并存的时代，用户的信息行为也随着时代的变化而发生改变。如何提高用户信息素养能力，成为亟待解决的研究课题。文章结合当下背景，归纳出大数据对信息素养提出的要求。分析了大数据环境下用户的信息行为，结合社会现实，从政府、在线慕课、图书馆、用户自身的角度，提出了大数据时代提升用户信息素养的“众包”新策略。

Users’ information literacy level determines the information literacy level of the whole society. The era of big data has brought both opportunity and challenge to users, and use behaviors have also changed with the era changing. How to improve user information literacy has become an urgent research topic. Combining with the current background, this paper summarized the requirements of big data on information literacy, and analyzed the user information behavior in the environment of big data, and put forward the new ＂Crowdsourcing＂ strategy to enhance the information literacy of users in the big data era from the view of government, online MOOC, library and user.
