陶瓷釉层的弹性模量是坯釉适应性的主要影响因素之一,准确评价陶瓷釉层的弹性模量对于陶瓷制品的组成结构设计和内应力分析具有重大意义。本研究基于相对法推导出了涂层—基体—复合体弹性模量之间的解析关系,提出了利用脉冲激励技术(IET)测量涂层弹性模量的方法。利用IET和三点弯相对法分别测量釉面砖釉层的弹性模量,二者测试结果的比较阐明了IET测量涂层弹性模量的正确性与可靠性,且实验发现结构致密的外侧釉层的弹性模量较结构疏松的内侧釉层弹性模量大。
The elastic modulus of ceramic coating plays an important role in the glaze-body fitting, and the accurate evaluation of the elastic modulus of ceramic coating is of great significance for the design of material composition and structure and the analysis of internal stress. In this study, the analytical relationship among the moduli of the coating, the substrate, and the coating/substrate system was derived based on the relative method. Also the method for measuring the elastic modulus of the coating using the impulse excitation technology (IET) was proposed. The lET and the three-point bending test by relative method were used to evaluate the elastic modulus of the glaze layer respectively, and the accuracy and reliability of the new method by lET was confirmed by the comparison of the testing results. The elastic modulus of the outer layer of the glazed tile is higher than that of the inner layer because of its denser structure.
