技术创新是推动经济增长的不竭动力。在文献研究的基础上找出代表技术创新和经济增长的指标。本着找出影响经济增长最重要的技术创新因子,并对经济增长情况进行预测的研究目标,以全国较为发达的18个省市为研究对象,收集了18个省市2013年度的截面数据,建立经济学模型,用R语言软件为研究工具对数据进行主成分分析,以最小二乘法对变量进行回归分析,建立回归模型。得出技术创新投入为第一主成分,即技术创新投入是影响经济增长的主要因素,并建立回归方程,给出了通过加大技术创新的投入、从法律和财政方面扩大政府职能等刺激经济增长的建议。

英文摘要：

Innovation is an inexhaustible power to promote economic growth. On the basis of literature research,the indicators of technological innovation and economic growth were found. With the purposes of finding the most important technical innovation factor and forecasting the economic growth,we chose 18 provinces and cities as research objects,collecting the annual cross- sectional data for 2013 of 18 provinces,establishing economic model,using R language software tools to do principal component analysis of the data and least squares regression analysis with variables,and constructing regression model. In conclusion,the first principal component was the investment of technical innovation,namely,the investment of technical innovation was the main factor affecting economic growth. The regression equation is given,and some advices to stimulate economic growth by increasing the investment of technical innovation and enhancing government posts from the aspects law and finance.
