英文摘要：

The supplier relationship quality plays a very importance role. From the perspective of the supplier relationship quality, this paper adopts the SPSS modeling method to analyze how it will affect the government procurement performance. The supplier - customer relationship quality mainly consists of the three dimensions of trust, satisfaction and commitment; the government procurement performance is measured by the three dimensions of management performance, financial performance and social perform- ance. The research results show that the supplier relationship quality has a significant positive impact on the government procurement performance. Therefore, government procurement should firstly adopt a trust attitude toward the supplier, comprehensively strengthen its relationship with the supplier and promises to make great efforts not to deliberately amplify the commitment effect; efforts should be made to improve the relationship quality with the supplier and coordinate its own relationship management, and attention should be paid to improve its own strength and the productor service quality; the government procurement manager should comprehensively consider the interaction of the supplier relationship and the impact of other factors.
