通过研究对比瑞典管制员的培养模式,分析瑞典与我国管制专业人员选拔方式的差异、培养机构及培养理念的不同,提取适合我国国情的培养方法,对我国当前的管制员培养模式进行改革,为培养出适合国际形势和时代发展的高技能管制人才打好坚实的基础。
By comparing and analyzing the training mode of Sweden and that of China, draw out the distinctions of air traffic controller candidate selection system and different patterns and concepts among various training centers around the world. The proposal is put forward to reform our current training mode in order that more professional control talents can be brought up.
