为了实现对终端区内空管单位节能减排绩效的有效评估,针对目前终端区系统中存在的问题,基于终端区空域航空器运行特点,结合空管单位节能减排现状,明确飞行效率及相关概念,分析影响航空器在终端区内不同运行阶段飞行效率的因素,建立水平和垂直剖面的飞行效率评估模型。通过实例分析证明了方法的可行性。
In order to evaluate the performance of air traffic control and energy saving and emission reduction,this paper based on the characteristics of the terminal area airspace system,combined with the status of air traffic control and energy saving and emission reduction,defined the flight efficiency and related concepts,and analyzed the factors that affect the efficiency of terminal area. The feasibility of the method is demonstrated by an example.
