厚朴酚与和厚朴酚是我国著名中药厚朴的主要有效成分,其药理作用既有相同之处,又有差异。为了有效地提取分离这两种化合物,测定了它们在环己烷、石油醚、正己烷中在不同温度下的溶解度。结果显示,当温度60℃时,厚朴酚在环己烷的溶解度为0.0710g/mL,和厚朴酚在环己烷的溶解度为0.4056g/mL,和厚朴酚在环己烷的溶解度是厚朴酚的5.7倍。利用这一溶解度差异特性,成功从厚朴总酚中分离出了厚朴酚与和厚朴酚。研究结果可为提取分离厚朴酚与和厚朴酚提供一种新的方法和依据。
Magnolol and honokiol are the major active compounds of Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils which is one of the famous traditional Chinese medical herb. In order to achieve an effective separation for the two compounds, the solubilities of magnolol and honokiol were measured in various solvents including cyclohexane, petroleum ether and hexane at different temperatures. The results showed that solubilities of magnolol and honokiol were 0. 071 0 g/mL and 0. 405 6 g/mL respective- ly in cyclohexane at 60℃. Magnolol and honokiol were separated successfully from mixture based on their solubility, providing a new method for separation of magnolol and honokiol.
