注射麻醉剂抑制小鼠EMT6乳腺肿瘤的生长

通过注射常规麻醉剂,可以降低患肿瘤生物个体新陈代谢强度,继而抑制其肿瘤生长及降低疼痛;观察了麻醉剂对移植性小鼠乳腺癌(EMT6)生长的抑制作用。通过对移植乳腺癌肿瘤小鼠的培养及给药实验,全面模拟人体生长肿瘤时的生理特征。在小鼠完成移植肿瘤细胞1周后,开始注射麻醉剂,同时对肿瘤生长及小鼠生理状况进行逐天监控;给药2周后处死小鼠并检测。实验发现,注射麻醉剂组小鼠肿瘤生长速度慢于实验对照组,肿瘤抑制率最高达18.5%。结果表明,注射麻醉剂可以延缓肿瘤生长,在乳腺癌治疗上具有可行性。

This paper proposes a novel strategy to reduce metabolism of biological body with cancer and thus inhabit its tumor growth and relieve pain.The suppressing effect of anesthetic on tumor growth of mice transplanted with breast cancer cells (EMT6) was successfully monitored. Through culture on EMT6 mice and drug administration experiments, the physiological evolution of human tumor was simulated. After the mice were transplanted with tumor cells for one week, they were injected with anesthetic. At the same time, the tumor growth and physiological status of mice were carefully monitored daily. After two weeks, the test mice were killed for detailed analysis. According to the measurements, the tumor growth of the group administrated with anesthetics is slower than that of the control group, with a tumor inhibition rate up to 15.5%. These results suggest that injection of anesthetic can suppress tumor growth and serve as a potential breast cancer treatment. This study is expected to be useful in searching for a new breast cancer therapy with low cost and low side effect.
