测定了三峡地区5种中国特有植物的杀虫和抗菌活性,结果表明:10mg/g的狭叶金粟兰(Chloranthus angusti folius)和裸芸香(Psilopeganum sinense)甲醇提取物对家蝇(Musca domestica)成虫24h的致死率分别为90.30%和62.22%;10mg/mL的疏花水柏枝(Myricaria laxiflora)、裸芸香和狭叶金粟兰的甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)3龄幼虫24h的拒食率分别为96.74%、83.56%和76.74%;10mg/mL狭叶金粟兰甲醇提取物对荔枝霜疫霉(Peronophythora litchii)、黄瓜疫霉(Phytophthora melonis)、稻瘟菌(Magnaporthe or yzae)和稻纹枯菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的抑菌率均为100%,对香蕉炭疽菌(Colletotrichum musae)和西瓜枯萎菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum)的抑茵率分别为83.67%和74.97%;裸芸香对稻瘟菌、荔枝霜疫霉和黄瓜疫霉的抑菌率分别为100%、95.36%和89.01%。
Five species of plants endemic to China collected in Three Gorges region were tested for their insecticidal and antifungal activities. The results showed that 24 hours after treatment, at 10 mg/g, the mortality of the housefly Musca domestica adults caused by the methanol extracts from Chloranthus angustifolius and Psilopeganum sinense were 90.30% and 62.22%, respectively; and 24 hours after the treatment, the antifeedant rates of the methanol extract (at 10 mg/mL) of Myricaria laxiflora, P. sinense and C. angustifolius against the 3rd-instar larvae of Spodoptera litura were 96. 74%, 83. 56% and 76. 74%, respectively. At concentration of 10 mg/mL, the methanol extracts of C. angustifolius completely inhibited the rnycelial growth of Peronoph ythora litchii , Ph ytophthora melonis , Magna porthe oryzae and Rhizoctonia solani, while the inhibitory rates against Colletotrichum musae and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum were 83.67% and 74.97%, respectively. The inhibitory rates of mycelial growth by methanol extracts from P. sinense against M. oryzae, P. litchii and P. melonis were 100%, 95.36% and 89.01%, respectively.
