用二苯氨基脲与50种植物的提取物分别进行了反应,含有光敏毒素的提取物与二苯氨基脲在光照条件下反应时能发生颜色改变。根据二苯氨基脲能被活性氧氧化成红色产物的原理,建立了光活化杀虫植物的新型筛选方法,此方法比经典的生物活性测定方法简单、快速、灵敏。
Diphenylcarbazide was applied to react with 50 plant extracts respectively, and color change could be seen if the extract contained photoxins when the reaction was in the presence of ultraviolet. According to the fact that diphenylcarbazide could be oxidized to red product by reactive oxygen species, a new screening method for photo-activated insecticidal plants was established, which was pera-tionally simpler,more rapid and sensitive than the conventional bioassay.
