节理岩体在外力扰动下的失稳破坏往往对工程产生较大影响。为探究应变速率对节理裂隙岩体力学特征的影响,室内采用不同加载速率对含两条预制裂隙的红砂岩试样进行单轴加载试验,在此基础上利用数值分析软件进行模拟和分析,并对试验结果进行验证。试验结果表明:在不同加载速率下,含预制双裂隙红砂岩破坏过程大致相同;随着加载速率的增加,试样的峰值强度增加,试样发生应力强度跌落时的应变也有一定的增长;随着加载速率的增加,在预制裂隙两端萌生的裂隙数量逐渐增多,裂隙的扩展方向更多样,扩展的距离也更远,导致试样逐渐从局部破坏形式向整体破坏形势发展。利用FLAC^3D软件数值分析得到,随着加载速率的增加,单轴压缩荷载作用产生的塑性区范围变大。
The instability of fractured rock mass under outer force perturbation usually have great influence on engineering constructions. Aimed at the mechanical properties of joint rocks under different strain rates,the red sandstone specimens containing two pre-existing flaws were studied inside under uni-axial loading with different strain rates to perform numerical simulation in order to analyze the influence of strain rates on joint rocks and verify the result. It was shown that the peak strengths increased with strain rates and the corresponding strain when the stress dropped increased as well. In addition,as the strain rates increased,more and more cracks appeared,and the cracks spread to different directions and further distance,resulting in the specimens changed from local failure to general demolition. Simulation results of FLAC^3D showed that the increase of strain rates enlarged the range of plastic zone caused by uni- axial loading.
