聚合物改性水泥混凝土是近年来新兴的一种聚合物改性水泥基复合材料,主要针对环氧树脂改性水泥混凝土的基本力学性能进行了试验研究,试验中聚合物掺量采用了0、5%、10%、15%、20%这五种配合比,得到了聚合物掺量对聚合物改性水泥混凝土力学性能的影响,并通过电镜扫描试验从微观方面分析掺加聚合物后对混凝土的影响,试验结论:当聚合物掺量在10%左右时对混凝土力学性能综合改性效果最好。
Polymer modified concrete is emerging in recent years,a polymer-modified cement-based composite materials,it focused on the basic mechanical properties of modified epoxy cement concrete were tested.The test uses a polymer content 0,5%,10%,15%,20% ra-tio of these five,has been the impact of polymer content on the mechanical properties of the modified polymer cement concrete,and mixed with the polymer from the micro level analysis by scanning electron microscope after the test impact on the concrete,the test conclusion when the polymer content of about 10% on the mechanical properties of concrete comprehensive modification works best.
