为研究不同聚合物掺量对混凝土抗碳化性能的影响,选择后掺法制作了聚灰比分别为0、5%、10%、15%、20%的5组混凝土试件,采用快速碳化试验测定不同碳化龄期时各组试件的碳化深度,并根据碳化深度经典模型建立了适用于聚合物改性水泥混凝土碳化深度模型;通过电镜扫描从微观角度分析碳化对聚合物改性混凝土的影响。经过试验得:当聚合物掺量在15%一20%时对混凝土的抗碳化性能改善效果最好。
