The flourish development of venture capital industry needs the strong support and promotion of government. This paper firstly analyzes and evaluates the policies supporting venture capital home and abroad, and then discusses the institute design that can promote venture capital. The conclusions show that integrating a series of resource factors and forming a systematic institute environment will help the long foot development of venture capital in China.
