英文摘要：

Endovascular interventional therapy can significantly improve the clinical outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke. It has become the important therapeutic means and research focus for acute ischemic stroke. However, there are many factors affecting its efficacy. This article reviews the factors affecting the treatment effect of endovascular interventional therapy of acute ischemic stroke.
