心血管疾病能否找到可靠的临床标志物,并且可在外周血液循环中常规检测,值得探讨。最近发现,微小核糖核酸(microRNAs,miRNAs)能够稳定存在于血液循环中。基于miRNAs的稳定性及组织和疾病特异表达的特性,miRNAs可能会成为新的疾病诊断标志物,并能保证较高的敏感性及特异性。我们将对循环miRNAs在急性心肌梗死中的诊断价值做一综述。
The identificalion of relialbe clinical biomarkers that can be routinely measured in plasma is one o( the major challenges in cardiovascular diseases research. Recently, MicroRNAs (miRNAs) were found to circulate in the bloodstream in a stable form. Based on the stability stability and diseases specific expression, miRNAs may become new diagnostic biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity. In this review we will provide an overview of the significant of circulating miRNAs in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
