为鉴定羊草microRNA基因信息并明确其在羊草生长发育、抗逆过程中的调控作用,用羊草small RNA的SRA数据,根据miRBase21.0信息比对,分别获得隶属于39个microRNA家族的141个已知microRNA基因及新注释的6个novel microRNA,并且预测到新microRNA的二级结构为颈环结构。利用单子叶植物ESTs文库预测到1196个靶基因信息,对羊草microRNA基因具有调控作用。Nr注释及COG注释显示多数靶基因参与羊草的信号转导过程,揭示microRNA参与了羊草的生长发育、新陈代谢、逆境调控等。
In this research,SRA data of Leymus chinensis small RNA was employed to identify microRNA information,and explicit microRNAs regulative roles in the process of growth,development and stress response.141 microRNAs and 6novel microRNAs were obtained by BLASTN according to miRBase21.0database.New secondary structure and hairpin structure of microRNAs were predicted with RNA fold.1196 target genes of microRNAs were predicted out according to monocotyledon ESTs library information.Targets mRNA were degraded or inhibited by their microRNA.Nr and COG annotation displayed a majority of targets were involved in signal transduction process.It revealed that microRNAs involved in the growth,development,metabolism,regulation and stress response of Leymus chinensis.
