从实验室自行筛选并保藏的氯氰菊酯高效降解菌——铜绿假单胞菌GF31中提取胞外粗酶液,研究其降解氯氰菊酯的动力学特性。结果表明,在温度20—60℃,pH值5.0—9.0范围内,胞外粗酶液都能保持较好的降解活力,最适温度为60℃左右,最适pH为7.0左右。不同pH值和不同温度条件下,氯氰菊酯的酶促降解进程模拟都符合一级动力学模型,相关系数大于0.9。
Cypermethrin - degrading Bacterium GF31 which has been screened and preserved in the lab is used to obtain extracellar erude enzyme. The degradation kinetie of the crude enzyme is studied in detail. The degrada- tion activity of the can keep stable in the pH range between 5.0 and 9.0 and temperatures range be- tween 20 ℃ and 70 ℃. The optimal pH is about 7.0 and temperature about 60 ℃. The biodegradation - process is proved to agree with the first - order kenitic model at different pH and temperatures, with the correla- tion coefficient greater than 0.9.
