研究通过对我国传统竞技运动员管理体制下专业运动员的调查，分别从二人层次、三人层次以及整体网络多层次关系，从整体社会网络视角．分析了中国专业运动员群体的社会支持网和社会讨论网的网络特征。研究发现，从二方关系来看，不管人口统计学变量如何，运动员之间的社会支持关系比较少，而针对收入、专业和婚恋的社会讨论关系则更少。通过研究三方关系发现，专业运动员三人关系结构稀少，且即便是有关系也多是两人间有支持关系，两两之间都分别有支持关系的情况极少，这样的结果说明运动员群体间的认同感和归属感比较难形成。而我国专业运动员的社会讨论关系主要发生在已有社会支持关系的小群体间，同时，可以看到我国运动员社会讨论网间的三人关系结构相比社会支持网更少，说明专业运动员的有关收入、专业和婚恋的观点和沟通不太容易在三人结构中进行传播，相应的观念和态度很难在群体中交流和传播，形成良性互动。

英文摘要：

The paper analyzes the social support networks of China＇s professional athletes groups and the characteristics of social discuss network from the perspective of two - people levels , three - people levels and the multi - relation of whole social network, respectively. It is concluded that from dyadic relation, no matter how demographic variables change, the number of social tie support among athletes is small. Meanwhile, the number of social discuss relation is less for income, profession, marriage. Through research on triadic relation, it is found that three - people relational structure of professional athletes is sparse, and the supporting relationship between two people is in the majority. What＇s more, the supporting relationship a- mong each of people is rare. Thus, it can be concluded that athletes identity and sense of belonging among groups is difficult to form, and the social discuss relationship of professional athletes are mainly existed in the small group for social tie support. At the same time, the three - people relational structure of social discuss network is less than social support network. It is difficult to spread among the three - people structure for professional athletes＇ income, profession and opinion of marriage. The corresponding ideas and attitudes in group communication and spread are very hard, too. Thus, they form a favorable interaction.
