严重自然灾害危机对旅游行业、景区和相关企业的影响已经备受关注。已有文献多从行业视角、企业和景区视角研究严重自然灾害危机的影响,而忽视了旅游活动的核心要素——游客。本文通过文献分析和因子分析发现行为信念、规范影响、自控信念、他控信念和负面情感是严重自然灾害危机影响旅游意愿的主要因素。聚类分析显示,游客可以分为控制型和敏感型两类,并且敏感型游客去灾区旅游的意愿显著低于控制型游客。回归分析显示,行为信念、他控信念和主观规范是影响旅游意愿的最重要的因素。
Through literature analysis and factor analysis,this paper finds that behavioral beliefs,normative influence,outside control beliefs,self control beliefs and negative emotions are the important factors that reduce tourism intention after serious natural disaster crisis.Cluster analysis showed that(1) visitors can be divided into controlled group and sensitive group;and(2) the intention of sensitive group is significantly lower than that of controlled group.Regression analysis shows that behavioral beliefs,control beliefs and subjective norms are the most important factors that affect tourism intention to affected area.
