针对煤矿主通风机用高压电机在工程应用中频繁出现的质量问题进行分析，提出了技术解决方案，开发了达到GB30254-2013中2级能效要求的YBF2系列风机用高压隔爆型三相异步电动机，并结合产品试验数据进行技术水平对比分析。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the quality problems occurred in engineering application of high-voltage motor for colliery main fan and provides technical solutions. YBF2 series high-volt- age flame-proof three-phase induction motor which meet the requirements of 2-grade energy effi- ciency in GB 30254-2013 were developed. The comparative analysis of technical level were car- ried out based on experimental data of product.
