目的：研究软珊瑚Nephthea sp.的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及高效液相等色谱方法对软珊瑚Nephthea sp.的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS以及文献对照等手段鉴定结构。结果：从软珊瑚Nephthea sp.95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到6个甾体化合物,分别鉴定为：（17α）-孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮（1）、（20S）-孕甾-1,4-二烯-3-氧代-20-羧酸甲酯（2）、孕甾-4-烯-3,6,20-三酮（3）、（20R）-孕甾-20-羟基-4,16-二烯-3-酮（4）、孕甾-4,6-二烯-15β-羟基-3,20-二酮（5）、孕甾-4,6-二烯-3,20-二酮（6）。结论：化合物1~6均为首次从该种软珊瑚中分离得到。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Nephthea sp..Methods：The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis（ NMR and MS） and their spectral data were compared with those of related steroids.Results：The compounds were isolated from the EtOAc fraction of Nephthea sp.95% ethanol extract and identified as（ 17α）-pregnan-4-ene-3,20-dione（ 1）,（ 20S）-pregnan-1,4-diene-3-oxo-20-carboxylic acid methyl ester（ 2）,pregnan-4-ene-3,6,20-trione（ 3）,（ 20R）-pregnan-4,16-dien-20-hydroxy-3-one（ 4）,pregnan-15β- hydroxy-4,6-diene-3,20-dione（ 5） and pregnan-4,6-diene-3,20-dione（ 6）,respectively.Conclusion：All the compounds are isolated from Nephthea sp.for the first time.
