提出一种鼻用塞固器,在鼻中隔黏膜下切除术后,可将其放入鼻腔替代传统的填塞材料,能够保持鼻腔通气同时起到固定鼻中隔和止血的作用.通过有限单元法模拟塞固器和膨胀海绵在鼻腔中的工作情况,分析两者的模拟结果,比较鼻中隔黏膜的压应力和第一主应力.由模拟结果可知,与单一膨胀海绵作为填塞材料相比,用塞固器填塞鼻中隔黏膜受到的压应力增加,同时第一主应力也增大,但是不会导致鼻腔黏膜的破裂.鼻用塞固器可以在保证不破坏鼻腔黏膜的情况下适当增加对鼻腔黏膜的压力,有助于术后固定止血并保持鼻腔通气,减少病人的痛苦.

It is demonstrated that the packing-fixer can produce larger compression stress and first principal stress than the expansive sponge in the mucous membrane of nasal septum without breaking the mucous membrane of nasal septum. The packing-fixer designed in this paper can keep breathing, fix the nasal septum and arrest bleeding after nasal septum mucous membrane surgery without breaking the nasal septum mucous membrane. The packing-fixer can help to alleviate the pain of patients.
