针对目前缺乏合适的儿童胸部有限元模型,基于临床治疗过程中获得的儿童CT和MRI数据,采用Block-Controlled网格划分法建立了具有详细解剖结构的10岁儿童胸部有限元模型.模型的材料参数由成人胸部材料参数比例缩放获得.利用心肺复苏急救中获得的儿童胸部响应数据对模型进行验证.结果表明该模型能较好地预测10岁儿童的胸部响应刚度,具有良好的生物逼真度,可用于低速碰撞下的儿童损伤机理和损伤防护的研究.
In view of the scarcity of proper pediatric chest finite element (FE) model at present,based on clinical computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging data of children and by using Block-Controlled meshing method in ANSYS ICEM,a pediatric thorax FE model with detailed anatomical structure for 10 year old children is built with its material parameters scaled from that for adult.The model is then validated with the chest response data of children obtained from pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The results indicate that the model can better predict the chest response stiffness of 10 year old children,has good biofidelity,and can be used to study the injury mechanism and protection of children in low-speed impact.
