为探究基于中国人体测量尺寸的假人头部在跌落试验中的响应与混合III型假人头部响应的差异,采用两种常用的假人缩放方法建立了中国5百分位、50百分位和95百分位假人头部有限元模型,并在3种不同冲击速度下进行跌落试验仿真。结果表明,非均一缩放方法获得的中国假人头部模型几何尺寸与中国人体头部测量学尺寸更为吻合,而采用该方法获得的中国人3种体型的假人头部合成加速度峰值均比对应的混合III型假人头部模型高3%~6%。
In order to investigate the difference of head responses between the dummy based on Chinese anthropometricdimensions and Hybrid-III dummy in drop simulation, two common dummy scaling methods are adoptedto create the finite element models for the 5th, 50th and 95th percentile Chinese dummy head, on which a droptestsimulation is conducted at three different impact speeds. The results show that the geometric dimensions of Chinesedummy head model obtained by inhomogeneous scaling method are more consistent with Chinese anthropometricdimensions, and the resultant acceleration peak values of three percentile Chinese dummy heads obtained by thatmethod are 3 % ?6% higher than corresponding Hybrid III dummy head model.
