The treatment of prethrombotic state can reduce long-term thromboembolic disease occurrence,but also essence of “ preventive treatment of disease” theory. At present,the conventional doses of medicine antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs often fail to achieve the desired therapeutic effect,and increasing the treatment amount makes bleeding risk and gastrointestinal adverse reaction improve,and the end benefit rate decline. Therefore,combined theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the development of pure natural anti thrombosis drug such as single Chinese herbs,compound Chinese medicine preparations,Chinese patent medicine is the effective way of treatment of prethrombotic state.
