反井钻机在钻进过程中存在滚刀破岩效率低等问题,且刀具与岩石相互作用关系尚不明确。为探讨滚压破岩机理和效果的影响因素,自主研制了滚刀破岩模拟试验装置,能够进行不同滚刀类型和滚压参数的线性截割试验。选用单排镶齿滚刀进行了岩石破碎试验,获得正压力与滚动力关系曲线。结果表明:该试验装置可以实现滚刀在直线方向往复运动下的破岩过程模拟,具有较好的实用性和可靠性,为进一步揭示滚刀破岩机理和研究反井钻井工艺、技术、装备提供有效的测试手段。
Raise boring machine has the problems of low efficiency in rock fragmentation by rolling cutter, the relationship of interaction between cutting tool and rock is still unclear. In order to investigate the influencing factors on rock fragmentation effect as well as rolling mechanism, a rock fragmentation simulation experiment device of rolling cutter was researched and developed, linear cutting experiments can be undertaken for different kinds of rolling cutters and parameters. By using a single inserted roller cutter, rock fragmentation experiments are carried out, and normal force- rolling force relation curves are obtained. The results show that the device could realize the simulation of the rock fragmentation process under the reciprocating rectilinear motion of rolling cutter, has good practicality and reliability, which can provide new test means to study rock fragmentation mechanism by rolling cutter and raise boring technology, technique and equipment.
