为解决在回采过程中所遇厚硬岩层阻挡问题,对拟采用的直接机割和爆破机割两种处理方式进行研究.在采空区不同充实率的情况下,对直接机割和爆破机割两种处理方式引起的上覆岩层运移和应力,以及地表沉降情况进行模拟,结果表明,用预先参数进行爆破机割方案使采空区上覆岩层运移量较大,而用直接机割方式岩层运移量较小.对爆破参数进行修改所得方案模拟结果显示,岩层运移量较小,符合筛选条件.
In this paper, study was carried out on two processing methods of direct machine cutting and blasting machine cutting which are to be used in order to solve the blocking problem of the thick and hard rock strata in the process of mining. The movement and stress of the overlying rock strata and the surface settlement caused by the two mothods were simulated in the case of the gob with different compaction rate. The simulated results showed that using the prior parameters for the blasting machine cutting method made the movement of the overlying rock strata larger, but when the direct machine cutting method was used, the movement of the overlying rock strata was smaller. The simulated results obtained by modifying the blasting parameters indicated that the rock movement was smaller, so it conforms to the screening condition.
