为了使空间故障树具有智能推理的能力,采用因素空间中背景关系分析的基本原理,提出了可分析实际故障数据的故障及影响因素关系分析方法。将影响故障因素设为影响因素,将故障概率设为目标因素,通过建立相空间,制定背景关系状态对应表来分析背景空间,计算因素边缘分布,最终得到影响因素对目标因素的影响情况。该方法可通过定性分析后根据故障状态频率定量得到影响因素对目标因素的影响程度。最后通过实例分析得到元件使用时间和使用温度对故障概率的影响情况,并给出分析的具体过程。
In order to make the SFT has the ability of intelligent reasoning, based on the basic principle of the analysis of the background relationship in factor space, this paper put forward analysis method to analyze the fauh and its influencing factors of actual fault data. It made affecting fault factors as affecting factors and made failure probability as the target factors. Through the establishment of the phase space, it established the background relationship state corresponding table to analyze the back-ground relationship. It calculated factor marginal distribution and obtained influence situation from affecting factors to target factors. This method can get the influence degree of the influence factors on the target factors through the qualitative analysis and according to the fault state frequency. It obtained the last influence about analysis working time and temperature effected on the failure probability by the example, and gave of the specific process the analysis.
