以番茄红素的静态吸附量和解吸率为指标,对14种大孔树脂:X-5、D1400、YPR-Ⅱ(DA100×3)、ZGDM11、SD300、ZGDM130、HPD300、XAD1180、XAD7HP、H103、D3520、D4020、D280、D152进行筛选,其中HPD300对番茄红素的吸附量最大,为14.4mg/g;以二氯甲烷为解析剂,HPD300吸附的番茄红素的解吸率为74.0%,解吸速率最快;饱和吸附容量为35.0mg/g,优于其它树脂。由此得出HPD300是较为理想的用于分离番茄红素的树脂。
14 kinds of macroporous resins were studied on their static adsorption and desorption velocity of lycopene, including X- 5,D1400, YPR-Ⅱ (DA100)〈 3), ZGDM11, SD300, ZGDM130, HPD300, XAD1180, XAD7HP, H103, D3520, D4020,D280 and D152 resins. It was shown that marcroporous resin HPD300 was the most suitable resin for lycopene purification. Its static adsorption of lycopene was 14. 4 mg/g, desorption rate was 74.0% using dichlormethane as strippant and saturated adsorption capacity was 35.0 mg/g, respectively.
