目的：对南通大学医学生人际关系和抑郁状况进行研究，探讨其相关影响因素。方法：应用人际关系量表、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）等对南通大学医学专业类一至四年级在校大学生共765名进行调查，采用logisti。回归模型进行分析。结果：（1）单因素logistic分析显示不同年级、性别、居住地不同、是否是学生干部、咨询态度以及母亲职业等因素对人际关系以及抑郁状态均有统计学差异。（2）多因素logistic分析显示人际关系以及抑郁状态具有相同的影响因素。（3）医学生的人际关系和抑郁状况之间呈正相关。结论：医学生的人际关系和抑郁状况均严重，各方面应重视医学生的心理健康问题，并根据主要影响因素加以干预。

英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate interpersonal relationship and depressed symptoms and their influencing factors among the medical students of Nantong University. Method： 765 medical students in one to four grade in Nantong Univer- sity were required to complete a self-administered questionnaire including the standardized Self--rating Depression Scale （SDS）and the interpersonal relationship questionnaire.Influencing factors were identified by logistic regression analysis. Re- suits： （1）The results of univariate logistic regression showed that grades, genders, of residenc, no matter whether acting as a student leader, attitude toward consulting, and occupation of mother were significant associated with the interpersonal rela- tionship and depression status. （2）The same influencing factors were found for the interpersonal relationship and depression status using multivariate logistic regression analysis. （3）The relationship among medical students was positively correlated with their depression status.Conclusion：More attention should be paid on the problems of psychological health of students, and it is necessary to enhance and improve psychological health education according to the main factors from this study.
