目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列在颅脑神经系统疾病中的临床应用。方法通过 SWI图像对62例颅脑神经系统疾病患者进行脑血管畸形、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、缺血性脑血管病等影像学诊断。结果 SWI诊断脑血管畸形11例,SWI表现为形态不规则条状及点状低信号,清楚显示引流静脉及供血动脉。脑肿瘤17例,SWI显示脑膜瘤边界清晰,并可见周围血管影,肿瘤边界欠清晰,肿瘤周围短T1短T2信号,增强后明显强化,且有多发低信号血管影及瘤内低信号出血。脑外伤13例,SWI清晰显示脑内出血及损伤部位。缺血性脑血管病21例,其中11例为急性期梗死,10例非急性期梗死,SWI显示出血灶周围多发迂曲低信号影。结论 SWI在脑血管畸形、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、缺血性脑血管病等颅脑神经系统病变中有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the nuclear susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI)sequence in nervous system.Methods To use SWI images to diagnose the cerebral vascular malfor-mation,brain tumor,brain trauma,cerebrovascular disease in 62 patients with craniocerebral disease of the nervous system.Results 1 1 cases of cerebral vascular malformation were diagnosed via SWI,showing irregular shape of strip and punctate hypointense,which clearly suggests the draining vein and artery.1 7 cases of brain tumor were found,their SWI showed meningioma with clear boundary,and the peripheral blood vessels,the tumor boundary was not that clear,short T1 and short T2 signal around the tumor, marked enhancement after bleeding,and had low signal multiple hypointense vessels and tumor.1 3 cases of brain trauma were diagnosed,their SWI clearly showed the intracerebral hemorrhage and inj ury.2 1 ca-ses of cerebral vascular disease were found,including 11 cases of acute myocardial infarction,10 patients with non-acute infarction,their SWI showed bleeding around multiple tortuous low signal.Conclusion There is high clinical application value of SWI in identifying cerebral vascular malformation,brain tumor, brain trauma,cerebrovascular disease and brain disease of the nervous system.
